•    Architect and own the organization's Selenium hybrid test framework — 337+ reusable keywords driven by Excel controllers — covering web UI, REST API, and SQL Server validation across E-File, forms, and payment applications.
•    Led a complete migration of the framework from Java to Python, achieving full keyword parity with no capability gaps, and packaged the suite as a single relocatable executable via PyInstaller for distribution to test machines.
•    Rebuilt the framework's control interface as a dependency-free browser application using server-sent events after the desktop toolkit failed on locked-down corporate builds — restoring live console, pause/resume/stop run control, and failure review with zero client-side installation.
•    Built a live execution dashboard delivering real-time pass/fail/skip metrics, step history, a failure center with screenshot preview, and automatic video recording of test runs; wired reporting through a single source so dashboard figures and the final report cannot diverge.
•    Automated multi-server framework deployment in PowerShell with a three-tier remote-cleanup fallback chain, forced removal of prior builds, post-extraction verification, and a summary deployment report with exit codes suitable for build gating.
•    Conduct manual penetration testing of production-facing web applications with Burp Suite as an assigned responsibility — intercepting and modifying requests to probe authentication, session handling, and authorization; replaying tampered requests through Repeater; and fuzzing input validation and login controls with Intruder; document findings for developer remediation.
•    Diagnosed and resolved long-standing defects invisible in the legacy suite, including datetime precision loss corrupting SQL comparisons, a test-data generator silently reusing stale identities across runs, and a console rendering bug that froze the UI during long executions.
•    Authored a complete framework manual for non-programmers covering architecture, keyword authoring, troubleshooting, and upgrade practice, and delivered a full Turkish translation for distribution.
•    Integrated SQL query execution and Postman API verification directly into the automation layer so tests validate database state and service responses, not solely the user interface.
•    Execute Section 508 compliance testing of web applications, interpret technical standards for developers, and produce formal compliance reports.
•    Maintain parallel test execution across multiple VMware virtual machines and Chrome, Firefox, and Edge browsers.

  • Automated end-to-end Salesforce workflows for the CMS PSP and PRF applications, including XML file creation, modification, upload, download, and automated data comparison.

  • Built Selenium TestNG and JUnit hybrid frameworks with Maven and Ant, producing emailed HTML reports with embedded screenshots.

  • Designed a test execution interface that allowed team members without automation backgrounds to configure and launch suites independently.

  • Wrote test cases, mapped requirements to coverage, and tracked defects in JIRA; partnered with developers to diagnose and verify fixes.

  • Converted the legacy UFT/VBScript hybrid framework to a Java Selenium hybrid framework, removing per-seat licensing dependency and enabling parallel cross-browser execution.
    •    Designed and maintained UFT hybrid frameworks per project with detailed HTML and Excel reporting including screenshot capture.
    •    Designed the framework's test execution interface, making suite selection and configuration accessible to the wider QA team.
    •    Embedded SQL validation into automated tests to verify data persistence alongside UI behavior.
    •    Scaled execution by provisioning multiple VMware virtual machines running UFT concurrently.
    •    Performed Section 508 compliance checks, advised developers on technical standards, and produced compliance reports.
    •    Managed test cases, requirement traceability, and defects in TFS and JIRA; participated in bug review, release, and requirements meetings.
